regional team leader
  • Manage local and regional team members and resources.
  • Ensure upstream and downstream workflows are understood and that all work is completed on time/accurately.
  • Help remove any team roadblocks and bottlenecks.
  • Participate in and/or facilitates project resource review meetings. Work with program leadership for resource planning, feasibility, and impact analysis on new projects.
  • Communicate with clients and subcontractors to review client requirements, provide ongoing feedback, ensure program engagement/adherence and execution.
  • Help with recruiting methods and interview questions. Support training, on-boarding, and provide direction to new team members.
  • Coordinating with management on training development requirements. Track metrics on individual skills.
  • Provide team member evaluations.
